• All guidance is based on average developmental patterns and may not be appropriate for every baby. Sleep training is not suitable for some babies.
• Do not begin sleep training before 16 weeks adjusted age. Before that age, focus on building safe and healthy sleep habits.
• To provide age-appropriate guidance, the app uses your baby’s exact birthdate and, if applicable, the number of weeks premature. Baby data is stored securely in the cloud so it can sync across your household and is shared only with caregivers you invite to your household. For additional data privacy, a local-only data option is available for users who do not want baby data stored in the cloud.
• We suggest using nicknames for your children when referring to them in the app to reduce privacy concerns.
• If you choose to share baby or schedule data with the AI Sleep Coach, the app may send limited information such as your child’s nickname, adjusted age, and schedule details to help provide more relevant guidance. You can reduce what is shared with the AI Sleep Coach through your household privacy settings.
• Conversations with the AI Sleep Coach may be reviewed or processed to improve safety, quality, and AI performance. Do not share sensitive personal, medical, or confidential information in chatbot conversations.
• We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personally identifiable information with third parties except as needed to provide, operate, secure, or improve the app, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• In no event will NRTHRNLIGHTS L.L.C. be liable to you for any claims, losses, injuries, or damages arising from the use of, or reliance on, any information or guidance provided during or after using this app. Although efforts have been made to provide accurate information, NRTHRNLIGHTS L.L.C. does not assume responsibility for errors, omissions, or differing interpretations of the subject matter.
